Public campaign system demonstration

Choose the program. Build the campaign. Measure the outreach.

A2C3 creates a unique program-specific link and QR code for each event, school, handout, website placement, or outreach initiative. Each link opens the selected maintained program while its anonymous activity is reported separately.

How it works

From campaign idea to useful reporting

01Choose the program and name the campaign

Select an available department program, then use a recognizable internal label such as Open House, School Safety Night, or Library Handout.

02Generate the QR

A2C3 creates a unique public link and downloadable QR code without duplicating the program.

03Share and engage

Place the QR on flyers, signs, social posts, city webpages, or event materials.

04Compare results

Review anonymous activity by campaign or compare it with department-wide program activity.

Campaign results roll into the department dashboard

A department can view all program activity together, then filter to a campaign to compare reach, starts, completions, learning results, devices, and reporting periods. Archiving preserves its historical record.
